Refunds Policy

You are entitled to a full refund of your security deposit of $100 if all items are returned in original condition

The refund can be:

Transferred to your bank account through PayID, this is usually instant.
Transferred to your BSB and Account number via bank transfer, this usually takes 24 hours to arrive in your account.
Refund to the same card you used to pay the deposit on.

If you have cancelled within agreeable time frames (please see our cancellation policy) then we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment eg.

If you paid via Bank transfer, we would refund back to your bank account using either PAYID or BSB and Account number
If you paid via card, we would refund back to the same card that you used to make payment.
If you paid via Paypal, we would refund back to Paypal.
